Spanish supplier of flexible films Derprosa has been acquired by Taghleef Industries (Ti), the global BoPP producer, for an undisclosed sum. The deal will expand Ti's annual production capacity to approximately 400,000 tonnes. Derprosa manufactures BOPP films for food packaging, labels and graphic arts. Its headquarters and production facilities are located in Jaen, southern Spain, with an office in Madrid and a worldwide sales network in place.
