UV flexo inks - A game-changer for the narrow web label printer?

At Labelexpo 2015, Pulse Roll Label Products launched its new PureTone high strength UV flexo inks, formulated in-house by its R&D experts; this ink series was developed in response to growing market trends driven by the needs of brand owners for greater colour control, consistency and repeatability. The PureTone ink range includes a high strength, mono-pigmented mixing system whereby the single pigment formulation makes it easier to colour match due to the reduced total number of pigments. This enables optimised colour strength and cleaner colours to be achieved and reduces the potential for metamerisation.
