Bobst Group has acquired a majority stake in the Italian company, Nuova Gidue Sri, which produces narrow and mid-web printing presses. The two companies signed an agreement that sees Bobst Group acquire 65 per cent of the Italian manufacturer, with the option to purchase the remaining shares. The owner of Nuova Gidue Sri will remain in the company as CEO and shareholder; both parties have agreed not to disclose any information concerning the transaction details.
