DEAR FRIENDS AND COLLEAGUES,By now you might have heard or read that the Biodynamic Association has embraced a new way of working as an organization. (See Thea Maria Carlson's article on page 52.) We call it "the Teal approach," inspired by Frederick Laloux's bookReinventingOrganizations. One of the most important and exciting elements of this work is its "evolutionary character." What do I mean by that?
