The third largest steelmaker in China, Jiangsu Shagang Group, maintained offer prices for finished long steel productsin mid-December.The company kept its rebar (HRB400, 16?25 mm) offers at the level recorded at the beginning of this month, RMB 4,260/t($617/t) EXW; wire rod (HPB300, 8 mm) at RMB 4,160/t ($603/t) EXW, according to the release published on December11. All the prices include 16% VAT.
