American scrap prices keep going down in Far East

Steel scrap suppliers from the US decided to slightly lower prices, trying to attract Korean mills. It led to signing a deal,while some additional tonnage can also be sold in the near future with discounts. Taiwanese customers insisted on adecrease as well, but suppliers did not offer a good enough price.
