According to the EIA, the national average retail price for regular gasoline was $2.844/gal on Sept. 24, a 0.3￠/gal uptick from the Sept. 24 price, while RFG's national average was $2.982/gal, a 0.9￠/gal dip on die week. Houston, Texas's $2.509/gal was the lowest price for both regular gasoline and RFG, while San Francisco, California's $3.578/gal was the highest for both grades.
