China issues more product export quotas under 'processing trade' route.

The Ministry of Commerce granted 3.24MM mt of jet fuel export quotas, 290K mt of gasoil quotas, and 120K mt of gasoline quotas. This is the second round of "processing trade" allocations after the second round of "general trade" quotas were granted in early May. This latest round brings the total to-date quotas to 43MM mt under both the general and processing trade categories-equal to 2017 full-year allocations.
