The country could sell up to a 51.0% stake in Greece's largest refiner Hellenic Petroleum. The Greek government holds a 35.5% stake in Hellenic, with Paneuropean Oil and Industrial Holdings holding a 45.5% stake. The Greek government would combine its 35.5% stake with part of the stake held by Paneuropean Oil to achieve the 51.0% stake sale. The sale would be to comply with the terms stipulated as part of its latest ?86B ($107B) international bailout payment.
