As a result of three large stream crackers being scheduled to come online during the mondi, analysts believe that Chinese consumption of LPG and naphtha will be boosted in Aug. The new plants coming online are listed in the table below. Bora LyondellBasell (a 50-50 j.v. between Bora Chemical and LyondellBasell)'s new cracker will primarily use merchant propane but will also source naphtha and light hydrocarbons from Bora Chemical's 140K-b/d Panjin refinery.
