Four major buyers(Eni,Glencore,Rosneft,and Trafigura) of Russian oil via the Druzhba pipeline are preparing to sue Transneft over its proposed $l5/bbl compensation over the tainted oil it supplied these firms via Druzhba in 2Q 2019,three sources told Reuters.These four firms received 1.00MM mt(7.77MM bbl) of tainted oil via Druzhba,which would have been worth nearly $500MM based on global prices at the time,but were essentially worthless due to the contamination.
