Refinery projects planned in Africa: Angola, Benin, Nigeria.

London-based Gemcorp Capital announced that an FID will be made soon on the planned 60K-b/d refinery in Cabinda, Angola, with the first phase set to be completed by the end of 2021. In 2023, the second phase and the installations of a reformer and hydrocracker is scheduled be completed. The refinery project is an agreement between Gemcorp Capital and Angola's state-owned Sonangol.
