Belarus, Russia reach crude supply deal

Belarus's First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Krutoi said on Feb. 10 that Belarus's two refineries have agreed to a crude supply deal with Russia that will see the refineries import Russian oil via the IMM-b/d Druzhba pipeline at global market prices. Krutoi said, "Speaking about the agreement on oil, the petroleum market, Russia has agreed that Belarusian oil refineries will buy oil under agreements with Russian petroleum companies at prices established on the global market."
