GS Caltex looks to export HSFO

As the coronavirus erodes domestic demand for the fuel,GS Caltex,which is the only South Korean refiner currently producing HSFO,began selling the residual fuel to international buyers.On March 12,the company confirmed that it sold a Medium Range-sized cargo to a Chinse customer.
