East Asian countries buy crudes from Americas

After Russia,OPEC members,and nine other countries decided to increase cuts by 503K b/d to 1.8MM b/d from Jan.to March of next year,Saudi Arabia decided to cut its production by an additional 400K b/d,which is more than its quota.As a result,Chinese,Japanese,and South Korean refiners turning to crude sources outside of OPEC and the Middle East.
