YARMOUTH, Maine — As a big fan of team sports, Dick Cole views himself as a coach of the New England Tire & Service Association (NETSA), guiding the group through several successful years of membership growth, trade shows and scholarship programs. Mr. Cole, who will be retiring in January after 14 years as NETSA's executive director, declines to take sole credit for the thriving organization.
