National Bureau of Statistics of China announced on 15th that the country's crude steel production output in Aprilhit record high of 76.70 million tons. This was an increase of 2.11 mil tons from the previous record set last August (74.59mil tons, with the daily output of 2.40 mil tons), with the daily output of 2.56 mil tons, breaking the 2.50-mil-ton mark forthe first time ever.
