J Mills May Bow Out of Talks on GP CR Steel for Dec Shipments to Asia

Looking at the non-stoppable fall of the hot-rolled steel coil (HRC) prices (now at $405-410 CFR at lowest), users are demanding markdown even more strongly. In response, the mill side is now suggesting termination of the ongoing negotiations, citing that the markdown requests are no longer reasonable.
