Topy Industries’ FY 2018 Ordinary Profit Is Y 9.3 Bill, Up 16%

Topy Industries, Ltd. (President and CEO: Nobuhiko Takamatsu) announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal 2018 (April 2018-March 2019) on May 10. They brought Y 286,227 million in sales, up by 24.2% from a year ago; Y 7,505 million in operating profit, down by 6.2% ditto; Y 9,357 million in ordinary profit, up by 16.5% ditto; and Y 7,114 million in profit attributable to owners of parent, up by 29.3% ditto. Sales and profits increased. The ratio of ordinary profit to sales or ROS declined to 3.3% from 3.5% in FY 2017.
