ELC Files for Start-Up of Elba Island No. 10 Unit

Elba Liquefaction Company (ELC) advancing an LNG production project on Elba Island on 3rd filed for the startup of operation of No. 10 liquefaction unit to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). ELC confirmed the unit can be operated safely and notified FERC that the unit would be ready to be in the commercial phase, requesting approval no later than the same day.
