Chiyoda Corp.: ‘We Remain Committed to Complete LNG Projects As Planned’

Japanese engineering giant Chiyoda Corporation released a statement against its partner of overseas LNG projects McDermott International’s declaration of Chapter 11: “Chiyoda has confirmed the joint ventures (with McDermott) remain committed to complete these four LNG projects.” Chiyoda, through its overseas group companies, partners with McDermott on the construction of three US-based LNG projects, the Cameron, Freeport, and Golden Pass, and an LNG project in Mozambique.
