NMDC's Iron Ore Production, Sales Grow Y/Y in July

India's government-run mining firm NMDC has reported its iron ore production and sales performance in July 2020, the fourth month in the fiscal year 2021 (April 2020 - March 2021), with year-on-year (y/y) increases in both production and sales volumes. The monthly production volume for July stood at 2.19 million tonnes (Mt), down 13.1% month-on-month (m/m) but up 12.9% y/y, and the sales volume at 2.57 Mt, up 3.6% m/m and 6.6% y/y.
