Physical activity and the prevention of type II diabetes.

摘要

It has become quite clear that a physically active lifestyle is important in the prevention of type II diabetes. The evidence begins with studies examining the physiological plausibility of the relationship between physical activity and type II diabetes prevention and extends to large-scale population efforts including not only prospective cohort studies but also multi-center clinical trials.
