Aspire Mining Limited is pleased to announce the successful completion of its fully underwritten A$16.5m (beforecosts) pro-rata renounceable entitlement offer under the Company’s prospectus dated 9 November 2017 (Rights Issue).Eligible shareholders had the opportunity to subscribe for six (6) new ordinary fully paid shares (New Shares) forevery five (5) shares held at the record date at an issue price of A$0.012 per New Share, with one (1) attaching optionbeing issued for every four (4) New Shares issued under the Rights Issue (New Options) for no additional consideration.The New Options are exercisable at $0.018 at any time on or before 11 December 2019.
