Allegiance Acquires 100% Ownership of Its Telkwa Metallurgical Coal Project

Allegiance Coal Limited (Company) is pleased to announce it has, through its wholly owned subsidiary TelkwaCoal Limited (TCL), entered into an agreement to acquire from the Carbon Development Corporation, a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Altius Minerals Corporation (Altius), 100 percent ownership of all the rights to coal licences that make up theTelkwa Metallurgical Coal Project, located in northwest British Columbia, Canada (Acquisition).
