New Hope Expands Coal Export Business

New Hope Corporation Limited, an independent coal mining company in Australia has taken over multiple coalassets these few years and been expanding the coal export business in this country.Firstly, New Hope took over a 51% interest in North Surat JV (NSJV) from Cockatoo Coal Limited in December2014. What’s more, New Hope obtained a 49% interest in this JV from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. at the end of March 2015 andraised its interest holding ratio to 100%.
