The spot export market for metallurgical coal in the Asian region has been accelerating the rising speed. The spotexport price (FOBT: US$/MT) of premium hard coking coal produced in the State of QLD, Australia has exceededUS$200 at one stroke and now has gone up to the range of US$205 to US$206. It is for the first time since early July thatthe spot export price of this hard coking coal rose above US$200.
