Venture Global LNG to Sell LNG to Spain’s Repsol

On 9th local time, US Venture Global LNG announced it has entered into an LNG sale and purchase agreement(SPA) with Spain’s Repsol. Pursuant to the agreement, it plans to sell 1 million mt per annum of LNG to Repsol from theCalcasieu Pass project in Louisiana on an FOB basis over the course of 20 years. It has already secured contractors whopurchase 70% or more of LNG from the Calcasieu Pass project, and moved forward to a final investment decision (FID).
