Cheniere Energy Signs LNG SPA Contract with Taiwan’s CPC

US Cheniere Energy announced on 10th that its subsidiary Cheniere Marketing International (CMI) has enteredinto an LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA) with Taiwan-based CPC. Both companies already inked a Head ofAgreement (HOA) this June to supply 2 mtpa of LNG to CPC on a DES (Delivered Ex Ship) basis over the course of 25years from 2021.
