Fourchon LNG Gets DOE Approval for LNG Export to FTA Countries

Fouchon LNG, which is planning an US-based LNG production project, has approved an FTA LNG export permissionfrom the US Department of Energy (DOE). In response to the Company’s request, DOE made the decision onMarch 11 that granted approval to export 260 Bcf/year of LNG (about 5.2 million mt) over the course of 30 years fromthe date of the first export.
