Nigeria LNG and France’s Total Sign LNG SPA Deal

Nigeria LNG (NLNG) and France’s Total have entered into an LNG sale and purchase agreement (SPA), NLNG announced on an SNS. Under the deal, 1.5 million mt per annum of LNG from an LNG production terminal on Bonny Island, Nigeria are sold to Total over 10 years on an FOB and DES basis. The breakdown of both terms was not revealed. Supply is expected to start in October 2021.
