Coronado Coal Lowers Production Goal in 2020

On June 24, Coronado Coal LLC, USA made it clear that the Company lowered the goal for its production volume of saleable coal in 2020 to the range of 16.5 million tons to 17.0 million tons. Coronado Coal initially set the goal for its production volume of saleable coal at the range of 19.7 million tons to 20.2 million tons. Hence, the lower and upper limits of the targeted production volume were down by 3.2 million tons respectively. The reason why Coronado Coal lowered the targeted production volume of saleable coal is because 3 coal mines in the U.S. operated by the Company were shut down over a period of 2 months from the end of March due to a new-type corona virus (COVID-19).
