Gazprom Signs Part of Key Contracts on Baltic LNG Project

Russia’s Gazprom announced the signing of part of key contracts for the Baltic LNG production project being planned at the Port of Ust-Luga along the coast of Baltic Sea. Under the deals, the company will supply natural gas as a source to RusKhimAlyans, a special purpose company founded by Gazprom and its partner RusGazDobycha. RusGazDobycha will purchase ethane produced at the project. Gazprom also placed an order for preparation for an construction deal on gas processing facilities and related facilities.
