New Hope Satisfies Land Court Conditions for New Acland

On 15 February 2019, New Hope was advised by the Department of Environment and Science that, after provi-sion of the Coordinator General’s change report on 12 February 2019 approving amendments to noise limit conditionsrecommended by the Land Court, the preconditions to the Land Court’s recommendation to approve the application toamend the Environmental Authority for the New Acland Stage 3 project have now been satisfied.
