Geo Energy Resources to Take over TGE from TIE

Geo Energy Resources Limited, a coal mining company in Indonesia will end up acquiring the interests in multiple coal mines in the Province of South Sumatra. This is to take over a 100% stake in PT Titan Global Energy (TGE) from PT Titan Infra Energy (TIE), an energy company in Indonesia, and the takeover amount is US$25 million. Completion of taking over TGE is expected to occur by 31 December 2019.
