Japan’s Imabari Shipbuilding Partners with Japan Marine United

Japanese shipbuilding companies Imabari Shipbuilding and Japan Marine United (JMU) on 29th announced they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on capital and business alliances. The agreement is to strengthen their competitiveness in the wave of global restructuring in the shipbuilding industry. Especially, China and South Korea, leading shipbuilding countries, are accelerating restructuring.
