<> Mitsui O.S.K. Concludes Contract with Sumitomo Joint Electric Power for Bulk Coal Carrier (July) On July 19, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. concluded an ocean-going transportation contract by bulk coal carrier with Sumitomo Joint Electric Power Co., Ltd. Besides, such contracts were signed at the same time as the said contract as (1) Charter contract for newly-built bulk coal carrier to transport coals meant for Sumitomo Electric Power between Mitsui O.S.K. and ERICA NAVIGATION S.A., Panama and (2) Shipbuilding contract for this newly-built between ERICA NAVIGATION and Namura Shipbuilding Co., Ltd.
