Bounty Mining Resumes Operation of Cook Colliery

On October 24, Bounty Mining Limited, Australia announced that it resumed operation of Cook Colliery, a metallurgical coal colliery in the State of QLD. Since the continuous miner (CM) was buried due to the roof fall which occurred in the mining tunnel on October 17 as previously reported, the operation was suspended. The continuous miner (CM13) which was buried on October 23 was taken back by the subsequent recovery efforts. And, Bounty Mining resumed coal production at Cook Colliery on the morning of October 24 by operating another CM (CM02).
