Idemitsu Announces New Lubricant Plant Construction in Huizhou, China

Japan’s Idemitsu Kosan on 12th announced a plan to newly build a lubricant production plant in Huizhou, China,the second China-based lubricant plant for the Company.According to the announcement, the groundbreaking ceremony was already held on May 24th. Construction ofthe plant that will have a production capacity of 120,000 kiloliters per year is operated by Huizhou Idemitsu Lube,Idemitsu’s wholly owned subsidiary (established in September 2018), and will be completed by the end of 2020.
