Japan’s End-June LPG Inventory Drops 1% Year on Year

According to a report released by the Japan LP Gas Association (LPGA) on 27th, Japan’s LPG inventory (pro-pane and butane) as of end June was 1.442 million mt, up by 1.3% from the year-ago volume. Replenishment volume(“Supply” in the table below) rose by 6.3%, while consumption volume (“Demand”) dropped by 4.5%, and consequen-tially, the stock level resulted in the first year-on-year growth in four months since February.
