Host acquiring UBT

The company also has a history of making good investments. Host subsidiary Host Davant LLC has reached an agreement to acquire United Bulk Terminals USA, Inc., one of the key facilities in the U.S. Gulf coal export chain. Petroleum coke also moves in large quantities through UBT.
