Blackjewel files emergency motion for new financing

In an emergency motion filed July 19, Blackjewel LLC and its affiliated debtors are requesting from U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval for $2.9 million in interim financing. Blackjewel is asking the court in the Southern District of West Virginia for “an order authorizing the debtors to obtain an interim, junior secured debtor in possession financing” from Highbridge Capital Management LLC and Whitebox Advisors LLC.
