PENTAXIA,a leading composites company from England,welcomed the Mono R from Briggs Automotive Company(BAC).Pentaxia was the main composite supplier for the Mono R,which is a lighter,more powerful second-generation version of the popular Liverpool-built car.The Mono R serves as the pinnacle of engineering and performance in the automotive industry.The Derby team have worked closely with the BAC designers and have been actively involved in decisions on how the car should be manufactured as the car was the first in the world to use graphene-enhanced carbon fibre in every panel.Through this collaboration,BAC were able to deliver a design that not only looked amazing and kept in line with the existing Mono DNA,but also contained an entirely new vehicle architecture with enhanced aerodynamics,the company said in a press release.
