Reliance Industries Ltd. (RIL) sets up subsidiary in Uruguay to market petrochemical products

RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. (RIL) has acquired stake in a newly incorporated company, Dreketi S.A, in Uruguay to expand marketing of its petroleum and petroshemical products. In a disclosure to the stock exchange, RIL said that Dreketi is not engaged in any business activity at present. "This is part of the company's plan to strengthen its marketing effort in Latin American markets," RIL said.
