Amid continued uncertainty around government regulations,tariffs and currency, Turkish coal markets saw further weaknessagainst the stronger coal complex, sources said Friday.One utility said coal prices would need to drop to the low $80s/mtfrom their current levels above $100/mt to meet buyer interest.A sizable tender was withdrawn last week due to high offer prices,and a separate utility was heard to have purchased a RussianPanamax-sized cargo at $98/mt.
