Coal exports out of the Hampton Roads terminals in Virginia totaled 2.9 million st in May, down 22.6% from the year-ago month, Virginia Maritime Association data showed Monday. Complete monthly data for the terminals has not been released for February, March or April, however the export figures for the missing months are expected within the next few weeks.
