Asian acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene was assessed down $10/mt week on week Wednesday to $2,080/mt CFR China, despite the market price remaining well below cost, production sources said. Two South Korean producers were offering and selling cargoes at $2,080/mt CFR China this week, with one of them having sold the bulk of its April shipment cargoes — totaling around 11,000 mt — at this price. The same producer said the price in Southeast Asia remains higher than in China, at around $2,110- 2,120/mt.
