Houston-As the oil industry heads into 2018, Latin America is poised to take advantage of rising prices and ramp up in investment activity. Rising prices have coaxed more interest in Brazil, while Mexico is in the process of liberalizing its industry. Political concerns remain a potential dampener in both countries, however, as they head into an election year.
