UK’s IOG lines up FID for North Sea gas hub plan

London—UK junior Independent Oil and Gas (IOG) is moving forward quickly with its planned Southern North Sea gas hub developments and is targeting the first quarter of 2018 for a final investment decision. In a statement Tuesday, IOG said it had submitted the field development plan for the Vulcan Satellites hub development to the UK Oil and Gas Authority, with a view to taking FID “at the end of Q1 2018.”
