Houston-Gasoline markets on both sides of the Atlantic rallied Wednesday following news that Philadelphia Energy Solutions plans to permanently close its fire-damaged 335,000 b/d refinery. NYMEX RBOB futures led the rally, with the July contract settling 9.32 cents higher at $1.9704/gal. NYMEX July ULSD settled 4.79 cents higher at $1.9713/gal.
